Every Child, One Voice

The PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) strengthens the bonds between the community, parents, and the school for the ultimate benefit of the students. Basically, the PTA is a child advocacy group of adults acting on behalf students to help them thrive to their fullest potential. These acts include fundraising for school supplies, educating parents, or helping teachers.

Joining the PTA is easy. The monetary commitment is only $7.00 per year. And, although it is not required, we'd love to have as many parents attend our monthly informative meetings as possible. There are many PTA projects and positions available.

The Woodcrest PTA is responsible for such events as Back-to-School Night, Open House, Fall Carnival, All of the Arts, Yearbooks, Walk-a-Thon, Mother/Son Event, the Father/Daughter Dance, AND SO MUCH MORE!

YOUR PTA NEEDS YOU.   Become a member today. You will be happy that you did.
