| On November 6, the Valencia Park Intermediate School 4th Grade Teachers organized a Family Math Night. Through a series of skits, teachers modeled ways that parents might deal with the issues of homework and the working family. Then all of the more than 40 participating families were given the opportunity to play a number of math games that could easily be duplicated at home. Spearheaded by Mrs. Byers as part of her masters project, a great time was had by all. | |||||||
